Villa Rosalia Residence is located in Fiaiano within the township of Barano d'Ischia. It is completely surrounded by the green mountainside and offers beautiful views of the near by Porto d'Ischia and the Golf of Naples. The Villa as been recently renovated with all modern amenities. It consist of six furnished one and two bedroom apartments with Kitchen/diving room, bathroom with showers terrace and parking space.
The apartments are located an tour levels and have private entrances.
There is a swimming pool on the top level with a whir pool, lounging chairs and umbrellas available to all guests.
The Villa is located within a short walk from the Pineta di Fiaiano, a beautiful part completely covered with Mediterranean pine trees. It is also located a five minute drive to Porto d'Ischia, the main island tour, and a ten minute drive to Maronti beach, one of the most scenic and beautiful beach on the island.
The Villa has a Cantina (Tavern) which is rustic in Architecture and is a modern to behold. We will organize on request entertameis evenings with good food, wine music and songs at the Cantina.
